1970 Densel Company was incorporated under the name of Harry E. Densel Company by its co-founders Harry E. Densel and Robert H. Gilman.

1989 Bryan E. Austin acquired an interest in the company, and the firm was renamed Densel Company.

1996 Harry E. Densel and Robert H. Gilman retired from Densel Company. Bryan E. Austin became the sole proprietor of Densel Company. The company has enjoyed steady growth and currently employs forty four (44) people.
